Situated on over 200 acres of beautiful Kent countryside, with plenty of off the road hacking to enjoy and a safe gallop both on the farm or on one of the numerous bridle paths or woodland in the surrounding area, Saywell farm is the ideal location for all your DIY Livery needs.

The Facilities on site include:

Newly renovated Silica Sand 20x60 flood lit school, with a full set of show jumps including fillers.
Monarch 6 Horse covered electronic walker.
Parking for horse boxes and trailers.
Fully secure tack room, CCTV 24/7 and owners daughter lives on site.
Equine wash down area on hard standing with good drainage.
Tea room, toilets and a shower room for liveries.
Regular jumping, dressage, pole work and horse agility clinics plus much more.
Weekly feed/bedding delivery's from local stores including Brambledown and Gillet Cook.
On site Hay/Haylage which can be brought from Owner.
£185.00 per horse per month.
Trailer parking on site at £15.00 to £20.00 per month if required.
On-Site walker at £10.00 per month if required.
